Dawn Heating 1, Furnace -0- Our furnace installed by Dawn many years ago threw heat intermittently. We called Dawn, as we have in the past, and they performed an inspection indicated by the service light on the furnace. Ed and Mark then tried several other fixes, even talking directly with. Rheem. Then in the 6th visit, unannounced by Ed on a Sunday morning, he claimed lack of sleep the previous night compelled to try one more thing. Ater that failed, Ed declared the furnace deceased. It was then that I realized Ed, Mark and Dawn take on the role of just repairmen, but have a responsibility to the customer and to themselves and were not going to let a furnace problem beat them in this competition. I highly recommend Dawn for any HVAC needs.

The AC broke yesterday so I called Dawn Heating & Air this morning before they opened. I left a message and my call was returned promptly. I was at work already but the lady who called me told me that someone could be at my house when I got home from work. Wow! I thought I was going to have to call off from work to be home for a daytime service call. The service man came and he was able to fix the problem and get the air going again. It was a fast repair and only $94 for the service call and to replace the fuse that had blown in the furnace. He couldn't figure out why the fuse blew and it did not blow again but he said if there are any other problems to call them as they will not charge for another service call. I will be using this honest company for all my heating and air conditioning needs! The next three days are going to be SUPER HOT, not in my house!
